Regulations of the online store podsluchy.spy24.pl

§ 1 General provisions

  1. Online store podsluchuchy.spy24.pl is run by:

    Tomasza Paćkowskiego, prowadzącego działalność gospodarczą pod firmą Tomasz Paćkowski (TSCM), z adresem do doręczeń: pl. Zgody 10, lok. 61, 05-520 Konstancin-Jeziorna, wpisanego do Centralnej Ewidencji i Informacji o Działalności Gospodarczej (CEIDG), NIP: 7131924659, REGON: 432655933.

  2. These terms and conditions set out the rules for the use of the online store, placing orders, the implementation of sales and the rights and obligations of the parties to the transaction.

§ 2 Definitions

  • Store - internet service available at https://podsluchy.spy24.pl

  • Seller – Tomasz Paćkowski (TSCM)

  • Customer - natural person, legal entity or organizational unit placing an order

  • Consumer - A customer who is an individual making purchases for a non-business purpose

  • Product - goods available in the store offer

§ 3 Placing orders

  1. Orders can be placed 24/7 via the website.

  2. The condition for the execution of the order is the correct completion of the form and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  3. The customer receives confirmation of order acceptance by e-mail.

§ 4 Order execution

  1. Delivery time is usually 1-3 business days.

  2. If the product is not available, the customer will be informed of a possible delivery date or receive a refund of payment.

§ 5 Prices and payments

  1. All prices are in Polish zloty and include VAT.

  2. Accepted payment methods:

    • electronic transfer

    • payment on delivery

    • payment through online payment operators

  3. Delivery costs are indicated in the ordering process.

§ 6 Delivery

  1. Deliveries are made via courier companies or the Polish Post Office.

  2. The customer will receive a tracking number (if available) after the goods are shipped.

§ 7 Withdrawal from the contract

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

  2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send a statement by e-mail or letter.

  3. The returned product must not bear any signs of use.

§ 8 Complaints
